Can I Choose My Own Doctor?

In some states, injured workers do have the right to choose any qualified physician they want (qualified meaning you can't go to see a foot doctor about your back injury). In Tennessee, this is not the case. Here, you have the right to choose a physician but only from a list that your employer provides. Not surprisingly, doctors on the company list often reach conclusions that are favorable to the company.

That said — our attorneys have the experience and a roster of professional experts to help challenge "adverse" medical evaluations that could prevent you from obtaining less than the benefits you deserve.
